In the Eastern European nation of Sokovia, the Avengers—Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Thor, Bruce Banner, Natasha Romanoff, and Clint Barton—attack a Hydra office told by Baron Wolfgang von Strucker, who has been investigating people utilizing the staff recently employed by Loki.
